Question Regarding Disney+ error codes 83 and 92

Whenever I open Disney+ on my Fire TV Stick it comes up with the following message “Something went wrong. Please try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Centre (error code 83)”. A quick google suggested updating my device (if necessary) and/or restarting it. I did both of those things but the message still appears. Any advice?

(btw, my Fire Stick is a 2nd gen and is currently running on Fire OS 5.2.9.0)

EDIT: Managed to fix error code 83 by uninstalling and installing the app but now whenever I enter account details it comes up with another error message that says something like “We have throttled traffic on your IP address due to suspicious activity. Please try again later (error code 92)” (i cant remember exactly what the message said but im pretty sure it was something along those lines). Now no matter what I do this error message won’t disappear. Please help.
