Just want to know what the best free utility is out there? I have been using iobits advanced system care..... it just feels like it does not do the job. So is there any software that does the same thing only better?

Most registry software is not worth the money. They are like pinstripes on a car: it makes you feel good but the car does not run any better.

CCleaner is great in deleting broken links and references to other files.

It get rid of the temp files and possess great uninstaller.

It will not fix any error, non of them will. They just keep the system clean.
