Remote not working

Hello,
I have the same problem with my vsx-1131. Suddenly remote is not working. I just brought it 3 months before.
Please guid me to resolve this problem.

Remote is not working for my pioneer receiver vsx-1131. The iControlAV5 is working. But only remote is not working.
I check with my camera the IR is ok for remote. It's only three month old avr
Please resolve my issue.

The control app isn't IR, it works over you network, so the receiver may have a bad IR receiver or board.
Since it is only 3 months old you are covered by warranty. Contact Pioneer.
