Remote Recover 2.0

Hi, currently using a program called Remote Recover 2.0 to push out and build new images for units, by using it to boot the unit to the network and then mounting its hdd and sending/receiving an image to it over the network. But it stopped working reliably after XPSP2, just hoping someone could recommend something that does the same thing but works fine on XPSP3, Vista, or Windows 7?

With windows vista I use startup repair. Since the HDD I use encrypted, I use bitlocker recovery tool to unlock the HDD, then I access the HDD through the CMD.
