Solved! Remote s7 backup

I lost my Samsung S7. A new phone is on its way. I'm trying to remotely access the S Memo App to back it up. I need help to understand this better. I can use my Samsung Tab 2 or my desk top Mac.

You can't remotely access the phone to access that app unless you had something installed on the phone to allow for remote access. Also, unless you had the data backed up to say a computer or google account, the info on the phone is gone.

Add to this that most people who find a phone will wipe it.
