Solution
Old thread? Not a problem, maybe other people will need the solution. Check your phone for any suspicious applications and currently running applications. Remove/delete/stop if found. Install Malwarebytes, disconnect from the internet and attempt to do a scan. If you still think you are infected, make sure you factory reset your phone and your TV. Let me know if this helps you solve the issue.
What makes you so certain?

Also, have you changed your device passwords since having this suspicion? Same goes for changing your router admin password and the password for your wireless network(s).
