remove virus and how to access key number

Sir, one month before only I purchased Lenovo G50-70 20351 model thru online, now my laptop got virus. I don't have any service centre nearby. How I have to note my Window Access Key number from the above model (2) how to remove virus from my lap (3) best antivirus package (already Mecafee inbuilt in the above model)

If you can still get into it remove Mcafee its rubbish

And what does the access key do?? Can you get into windows without it?

on new laptops and pc there no restore cd but a restore partion on the hard drive. most are entered by hitting a funtion key at power up. if you run the factory restore any of your personal data will be lost. avast and avg also have rescue iso images too.

I am not able to find the virus name - since the laptop purchased online, that's why I am worried about to note down access key number. Without key number how I will boot windows ( since all guarantee and access key are all installed within laptop itself)

window reg number on pre built pc is a small lable on laptops it on the bottom of the unit or some time it inside one of the slots. if you can get online go to the vendor web page it will show you where your windows reg number is.
