Remove Zango

Hello,
How do I remove 'Zango'? I've scanned the computer (my sister's) with Malwarebytes, Kapernsky Internet Security, IOBit 360, Windows Defender, Ad-Aware & SpyBot. SpyBot is the only one that identified that it. SypBot cannot remove it... something about it (Zango) being in use or active in memory. I believe the computer became infested when we were using CA Internet Security. It's a fairly new Acer running Windows7 Home Premium-64 bit. I know it's in the registry. I'm not much of an expert but if I was sure about steps to take I would give it a shot after creating a restore point........ thanks SMURF35

try avira... it may kill it.

if you know where its located as spybot should tell you its path you can manually remove the infection. its not the best solution but it will work. but make sure you get any registry entries it created.

Tdss killer or Rkill should fix that.
They're both free.
Use Super Anti-Spyware = scans memory
