Repair disk with system restore

As there any windows rescue/repair/startup disk, with system restore feature ?

You need a full Windows disk or the restore disk from your computer to restore your system. If by "restore" you mean re-install Windows clean.

The free repair disks just contain utilities to help trouble shoot issues, not do a full Windows setup.
