Replacing integrated ODD in laptop with SSD

I have an integrated ODD in my laptop which is not possible to remove by a screw on the back face of the laptop. The only way to remove the ODD is by taking the front keypad off which is held by plastic teeth and a screw at the centre of the laptop coming up from the bottom. I have replaced the optical disk drive (ODD) on a laptop before but the ODD was easily removable. How do I go about removing the ODD? It's a modern laptop
