Reset cmos and gettin an error 5 on cd

i bought a new hard drive because i have a fualty hard drive on the previous.. plus i gettin a code cdboot is gettin code 5 when tryin to install 7 on it.. oh yeah its hp dv-2000

and soory i just got this laptop from my sister boyfriend.. so i dont know what the detail for this

nevamind the laptop is installin vista now.. i think its a bad window7 img file or the laptop isnt capable of 7.. dont know for sure, i be fine with vista
