Reset laptop, now stuck on 99% for 3 hours.

I have the worst luck.
I bought a new laptop, it has windows 10 on it, then i had to reset the laptop due to getting a virus on there (worst luck ever). Ive reset it, deleted everything now its been stuck on 99% for 3 hours. I dont have anything on there at all because i just bought the bloody thing today and the virus came 1.5 hours later.
Now, is this normal to wait that long on 99%?

Hi,

It's actually not normal to get stuck on 99% for 3 hours chances are it's frozen already. If your laptop came with a factory reset disc I would suggest using it instead to reset it back to Factory. If it doesn't try rebooting your laptop and see if it would get pass the 99% mark and continue with the reset process. If all these will not work you can just create a bootable Windows 10 USB then run it with your laptop and use the product key that's on your laptop to activate it.
