restoring the corrupted files

I recently bought a samsung 3 series laptop with 4 gb ram and i3 processor 2328 ghz initialy it worked faster. but few weeks later it became somewhat slower i used avast 2013 antivirus. when i scan it showed no infections. but unfortunately i made a boot time scan it showed the viruses win32
most of the system files were corrupted. now i installed norton antivirus and cleared all virus.now my problem to get back the corrupted files.
when i try to send file to pendrive or when i right click in any icon its taking more than 7 secs to display the contents.how to get that?
i am using windows 8 which came with the laptop.

Sounds like your OS may still be corrupted. Try the sfc /scannow command line in an elevated command prompt; this will verify file integrity.
