right click not working after installing windows 10

I installed windows 10 on my dell xps and everything is working good, but the right click of the mouse doesn't want to respond at all. There are some important commands on the right click which I have no access for now. Any suggestions?
P.S. the left click now also only responds when I press on the very bottom left corner of the mouse pad (I was used to press any where on the left side)

go to dell support site for your model and see if they have the touchpad driver
