GTA V better not be as disappointing as IV. Every time you're trying to do a mission your "friends" calls you to hangout. Your character and everyone keeps complaining about how everything sucks. The PC version was a crappy port leaving me with

GTA IV was IMO the best one. Sure, it didn't have half the stuff that San Andreas did, but the RAGE engine made up for everything. Everything from the tallest skyscraper to the smallest throwable rock had thought put into it.

The game is still amazing to play even a few years after its release.

GTA V cool, now how about they get around to putting Red Dead on the PC! It's on my top 10 games of all time list and I can't play it on my favorite platform.

Please make GTA V CPU optimized! And make the camera angles when driving much more enjoyable and useful so I don't have to look by moving the mouse around all the time while I'm driving. Looking forward to it

Let's hope they focus on gameplay and fun this time around. GTA4 focused too much on an overwritten mess of a story with almost no interesting characters.

I want insane scientists, the russian mafia hungry for human flesh sausages, killing frenzies and Elvis impersonators to run over ("Elvis has left the building!").... not driving to an internet cafe to check your emails or going bowling with your annoying cousin.

cool, now if only you made it optimized for the PC you will gain nearly everyone's respect back

almost requiring a quad core (to play on high) + 4870 back in '08 was very very stupid

i also hope they fix up the weapon system, i want them to go back to GTA VC/SA style, where drawing different weapons and getting into the aim was very fast, this new system they have is much to stickly for my likes

pc was craptastic, we can all agree.

heres hopeing they have a more... saints row difficulty scaling this time around.
everyone who plays any of the gta games knows difficulty scaling is the worst part of the game.
one minute you are going through the game, no problem, than the next minute at 17% into the story, and hit what is arguably the hardest mission in the game...

saints row, the difficulty scaleing is immaculate, where it progressivly gets harder and harder.

lets equate this to a mountain, its like walking up a 5 degree incline for 3 hours, and it varrys from 3-7 degrees at times, but that at the 3 hour mark, you have to scale a 400 foot 90 degree verticle cliff, and at points it acualy goes to 120 degrees but never anything less than 90 degrees. and after you climb that, you now have to walk a 20 degree decline for another few hours, and maybe some part of the mountain is as hard as that, but its unlikely.

no, i think san andreas was the best one so far, as the difficulty doesn't completely spike till you are by the casinos, 3 and vice city, they spike, but were the first sand box games so you can forgive them a bit more... but 4.... my god that one... still haven't finished it because of that cocaine mission in the beginning around 20-30%

also, saints row at least makes it obvious what is story and what is side, from an interface stand point, you dont get that with gta games, anyone remember the rc helicopter mission, i thought that was mandatory, i beat it, but if i knew it didnt need to be done i would have never done it.

This has to be the most exciting news for ages! Although if it stresses my computer any more than GTA IV does, then I may have to upgrade!

GTA4 was the sort of a game you keep playing telling yourself: "Come on, its a great game, it will get good eventually".

I liked Vice city far more....
