Roku streaming old tv.i have a DVD player

Can my Philips DVD player stream my rokustick to my old stdard sharp tv

Does it have an HDMI input? No DVD player will have an HDMI input. A HTS with DVD built in might have an HDMI input.
Just get a Roku Express+ which has AV outputs and connect it to the TV directly.
