Solved! Roku troubleshooting

My Roku Express was working fine for the past 2 months now suddenly I have gray bars on each side of the screen. When my TV is in TV mode it works fine but the minute I change it to Roku I get the gray bars. The gray bars are there all the time even on the homepage and on anything I watch. How do I get rid of the gray bars.

Sounds like the aspect ratio was changed, check that.
