Hello thanks for all the great information. Looking at getting the shield but won't be using it for gaming as much is this the next best option for a 4K streaming device for kodi?

What if I have an HDMI TV, but don't have a 4K, HDR-compliant TV. We plan to upgrade our TV in the not-too-distant future...should we get the Roku Ultra?

I bought the Roku, played with it, liked it...THEN tried the Amazon Fire Stick...no comparison! Sent the Roku back, happily!
