I worked for Rolls Royce a few years ago. Trust me, nobody is driving these cars long distances. I remember servicing them once a year and the oil came out clean because of the low mileage. I only remember one owner who actually drove their car daily and racked up some serious mileage.

As to charging, if you can afford a Rolls you can afford to install a charger at your house (mansion).
