[citation][nom]descendency[/nom]I heard you can use the iPod Touch while on Verizon too.[/citation]
Yes, if you own a smartphone on the Verizon network, you can jailbreak your iTouch and steal the 3G from it. But who would want to pay an extra $30/mo for an iTouch to have 3G service? That is the point of the iPhone. Unfortunately Verizon and Apple are unable to compromise.
[citation][nom]pharge[/nom]By the way... one off off topic news.... Somebody has published some stats on internet pron..Some of the stats in there are pretty shocking! Specially the #11http/gizmodo.com/5552899/finally [...] ernet-porn[/citation]
Actually when I was going to buy and ipad( which I didn't) they said you can find your get your own wifi plan, they were offering at&T because of existing contract, but they told me I get my own carrier for the iPad.
Why I hell would anyone switch from the $30 unlimited to a $25 2 measly GB, that is straight out ripoff.
[citation][nom]tinnerdxp[/nom]I appreciate this to be the US site and relevant article in the States... But why does this article appear on the .co.uk site? It's irrelevant, not important and not really news either...[/citation]
If it's irrelevant then why did you bother reading it?
[citation][nom]pharge[/nom]By the way, have you heard that AT&T is ditching their unlimited plan? dropping the $29.99/month unlimited plan to $25/month with 2GB cap and $10 for another 1GB?Time to move to Verizon[/citation]
Ive been on the "unlimited" iPhone plan for 2 years and reading the fine print informed me that my "unlimited" plan was capped at 5gb. I never even made it to 1gb, but the plan was never unlimited.
