Question S ource of these slide in adds in Chrome. Can they be disabled.

I use Chrome and are plagued with ads that slide onto the screen from the right edge ans stack up vertically. I cannot find an extension that could do this. Adblocker does not seem to be able to detect these. Does anybody know if they are are from Google or a third party company, and can they be blocked? Tnx
