Safe mode stuck

I'm stuck in safe mode with a broken screen and need help.
I have windows 7 home home premium and my laptop is a Samsung NP300E5A-A02UB, it's also an old laptop.

I don't see how would be stuck in "Safe Mode" since all you need to do is shut down (cut the power) and then turn it back on. That should take you out of "Safe Mode".
