Samsung 4k tv auido out problem

Hi guys. I just bought a new 4k tv (samsung ku7350) and i can't seem to figure out the audio out port. I have simple 3.5mm jack speakers . I connected them to audio out on the back of tv and switched the audio from tv speakers to audioout/optical but still no sound from speakers. I tested the speakers and they are working fine. Please help. Sorry for the bad english

Where did you connect these speakers? Which connection? This TV does not have a connection for 3.5mm jack connection speakers!?.... Start by telling us what make and model the speakers are.

Arent the audio settings for built in and audio port independent? Check if sound is muted or in lowest setting....

Specs on your TV show you don't have an analog audio output so you have the speakers connected to an input.
There is an optical audio output so if you get a converter your will be able to connect powered speakers to the TV.
The output is usually fixed so the TV remote will not work on the speakers.
Check the TV manual on how to use the optical output. It may not be active by default.
