Samsung A3 blank.....?

My phone has been working fine not been dropped or anything was fully charged...went to use it and the screen is black no power buttons work nor will it switch on or off it's just blank the whole screen....... I f I ring my mobile number from another phone it's giving a dialling tone and ringing to them yet my phone is doing nothing at all...
