Question Samsung A7 cant complete factory reset because it cant connect to wifi

My wifi was broken (it continuously turned itself off and refused to turn on), so i followed a guide on how to fix it, and i had to hard reset my phone. But the problem has still not been fixed, and now the hard reset cant complete because it needs wifi access, which wont connect. Anyone got any ideas on what to do?
