I was so baffled when i initially read this. How can such a big company cut back on such a thing? Now its practically gonna be a paid service. Kinda shitty customer bounding experience. From a business standpoint its a huge money saver, i get that point. They wont need to have servers running for millions of customers, employees which run those services, employees needed for all the help on those services. This must save them probably lots of millions of D

What im baffled about the most is that is no reason given, atleat i have not found ANY news channel reporting on this. They write the same article, how you should move to another, thats it?! Why arent news channel curious about the why?
