Samsung core storage want to use sd

I followed the discription of how to utilize the sd for main storage. The my files doesn't have the setting feature to utilize the sd storage. There are some features that are not useable on the core like the galaxy. What can I do for that? Some apps I was able to transfer to the sd card but alot of the apps are system apps that I can't delete or transfer. I only have an 8gb, and it's alot of space. Where my sd card should be able to take the weight off of the phone storage. NEED HELP PLEASE WITHOUT HAVING TO ROOT THE PHONE

Sorry, can't be done. Moving apps to your SD card, and more importantly, having them run from your SD card requires root access. No way around that as far as I know.
