My Samsung DLP TV quit working a week ago, wouldn't turn on and I got the three blinking lights. Replaced the lamp (not the casing) with the Phillips replacement bulb, however the TV still won't turn on. It goes through three cycles of turning on then off (no picture, lamp doesn't turn on), then the lights begin blinking again. Its not the blue kill switch inside the door, nor is it dust within the system.

Is there anything I can do at this point or do I need to call a serviceman?

Highly likely your color wheel has bitten the dust. Small degree of difficulty in replacing it. Calling for service is recommended, but will run you $250-320 parts and labor.

RE:
It sucks. I am having the same problem. Last week it was taking 15 minuets for the set to turn on. Now just clicking noises, the red light blinking an then nada!
