What we need in the specs is processor base speed, as no one mentions it, only stating that it's an 11gen i7/i5 processor. Being thin typically comes at the expense of cooling, preventing higher TDP. It might only be a base processor speed of 1+ Ghz ,
if so then the HP Elitebook with it's https://www.cpu-monkey.com/en/cpu-intel_core_i7_1165g7-1613 will be better, also having a 5G option.
