Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos problem with outgoing sound during calls

Hello,

I have problem with Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos during calls. I hear very clear but callers complains that I'm being heard very low and getting some noise. Sometimes impossible to hear me.

Your saying that people cant hear you, is not a software problem, but a hardware problem. so only solution would be to take it in to Samsung and have them take a look. They can then repair it there.

I have the same problem with a brand new grand duos,,,, the person on the other end does not hear with clarity. It is slightly muffled. VERY ANNOYING

The microphone on the cover is completely free from obstruction.
I am about to drill the hole bigger in search of an answer.

they don't sell grand duos off the shelf in Australia so was purchased off the net from HK


There seems to be no way to change the eq setting for microphone.

I have had grime in the microphone hole, so you could also check that, hence why I am about to drill the hole a bit bigger, have removed before with a pin with other phones.

I think this is a design fault with the phone though. Unless it is my wife holding the finger over the mic every time she is on the phone but I doubt that is the case.
