Samsung Galaxy s2

I can't get my Samsung Galaxy s2 to turn on! It is very frustrating because I try to turn it n normally but it won't turn on past the battery display thing. Also I've been having the 'CHARGING STOPPED HIGH VOLTAGE' thing. Does anyone know how to fix this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

did you flash any kind of custom rom ?

Buy a new battery .

Are you using your charger or another charger ?
