If you currently have an S24, I see zero reason to upgrade to an S25. Pretty much the same if you have an S23, unless you really, really want more "AI" functionality. I've used almost none of those functions on my S24U, though. I can write on my own, have basically no need to do translations, and prefer to edit photos on a PC, not on a phone.
