samsung galaxy S3 GT-I9300 OS problems

I have upgraded my galaxy S III GT-I9300 to android 4.3.
then after phone became very slow,battery draining fast,slow response,music player malfunctioning etc...
It seems many users have the similar problem after update to 4.3.
Any comments why phone is degraded like this and there is no official update from Samsung to upgrade .

Because it was tested for android 4.3 and it too old for Samsung to upgrade it.

Is there any way to restore my phone to previous OS 4.1. as the phone is responding abnormally very slow and heating up very fast.

Or can upgrade to latest Kitkat etc..... without any official update from samsung?????
