Samsung Galaxy S3 - Phone automatically shuts down at 5%. How do I change percentage?

I'm going to retrain my battery, which requires exhausting the battery completely to get the best result. How do I override the 5% (might be 3%) auto shutdown setting, so that I can temporarily set it to 0% ?

I know quite a few people with this, and other samsung phones and they do not have this happen. The phone goes down to zero before it shuts off. A friend is always running hers down to zero, reminding me that she has 1 or 2% battery left and will call me back after it charges. It sounds like you may need a new battery. Over time, as a battery goes, it is very common for it to not charge fully and/or not show full usage before it turns off the device.
