How can my daughter see messages and calls on my wife's phone. They both have the Galaxy S4 on the same family plan?

Your daughter will have to log into her Google account on your wife's phone since the texts and phone calls will be to your daughters account.

If they both have phones why would your daughter want to see texts and phone calls on your wife's phone ?
