Samsung galaxy tab 4 will still not turn on

i have tried everything, turning it on and off yet it still won't turn on.Despite having both the lock and volume buttons pressed together, the tab still will not turn on.

You're missing a button. You'll want to be pressing the volume down, power, and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, you may want to check if it's an issue with your battery.
