Samsung galaxy tab A volume control won't work when another app is in use

If I am writing in my notebook for example, the volume control doesn't work..

Hmm... the volume buttons are working normal till you start some apps right? Some apps can make your buttons to be unresponsible (can you search for it?) You may also factory reset your tablet (BACKUP IS recommended!) I will wait your feedback
