Samsung galaxy tab E transferring data in from my tablet to go on my PC

my inner screen on my Samsung galaxy tab E 9.6 is cracked and I can't transfer the data in my tablet to go on my PC,can anyone help please.

If you can tap on the screen at all you should be able to transfer data via USB cord to the computer.

Now if the tablet isn't responding to anything on the display, then you would need to replace the display.
