Samsung Galaxy tablet will not turn on and

My Samsung e Lite tablet purchase in August was turned off but on charge when I took it off the charge to turn it on I couldn't turn it on and now when I plug it in its not reflecting that it's charging how do I get this turned on

I would contact the manufacturer then. It should still be under warranty.
