Thank you for the great review. I am sure the Z Fold 5 is a great phone but alas once you have had any of the Folds for a short time you will realise that the folding screen is a bad idea. Samsung have yet to resolve the screen failing along the folded area. My Z Fold 3 has continuously been returned for repair while in warranty for screen failures. Yes the screen not the screen protector. On saying that the screen protectors constantly delaminate after time. I have had them fail also. The Samsung approved repaired tell me that they see many many Z Fold 3 and Z Fold 4 including the Flips in for the very same issues with the screen failing along the fold. I doubt very much if Samsung have resolved this. More so when you find in the fine print of your warranty that they only offer one free screen protector replacement. I recommend you read it first as Samsung know full well it will fail. That is why they offer it. The screens fail Samsung know this but but by then you have spent the money and you have to then begin to fight for your right to be provided a good product. As I said, my Z Fold 3 is still in warranty, in my country the warranty period is two years not one as it is in many other countries. In the two years my Z Fold 3 has had many full screen replacements and I have had to fight with a reluctant Samsung Warranty department every step of the way. I am not saying don't buy one, but you should know they are fantastic phone when they are new but when you have had it for about a year it will begin the fail along the fold and it will continue to do so. I doubt this comment will ever be shown on this site but I will be screen capturing it and posting it to many places as evidence that I did comment.

I had the Fold4 for over a year and replaced it with the Fold5. I really liked the Fold4, but I am in love with the Fold5. I'm really happy that I upgraded.
