Hi,
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First, here's a video guide on how to disassemble the laptop.

- Do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- Next is to reseat the RAM's, remove them all for a second then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.
- If it will not boot up the problem can be a hardware instead of the OS.
- If all these troubleshooting steps will not work then a repair might be required inside the motherboard.
- Do also try a different AC adapter then charge it first for an hour and see if that will make any difference.
