Samsung J7 Help with Firmware

That is the website that holds all the Marshmallow roms for the Galaxy J700M. I want to OTA, but I have root, so I decided to FireFlash it instead, but I do not know what to download (all of the flashes say they come from countries that are not the USA, like Peru, Brazil, and Panama). Please advise me on my decision and what I should do (bought the phone in the US and live there too). I am currently on Android 5.1.1 Rooted, stock ROM, fyi.
