Did you recently update your Windows 10? If yes, that might be the problem.

But anyways, a workaround (if you have that problem):
1. Open Event Viewer (click on your Windows button in the bottom left corner and start typing: Event Viewer and press enter)
2. Click on Windows Logs in the left sidebar
3. Click on System
4. Scroll down i the events (checking the dates when you laptop shut itself down)
5. Read from the text area (General)
5.1 Find something like The system has resumed from sleep. or The system is entering sleep. Sleep Reason: Battery
6. Find one below that which should give a more specific message
6.1 Mine was Critical Battery Trigger Met
6.1.1 This means that probably my battery is acting up or it is some software issues
7. If you have similar issue, right click on Windows button
7.1 Open Power Options
8. Find Related Settings and under it should be Additional Power Settings, click it
9. Click on Change plan settings
10. Click on Change advanced power settings
11. Find Battery in the list, open it by clicking the +
12. Open Critical battery action
12.1 Choose your option (I chose Plugged in: Do nothing)

TRuly randomly? Or are you doing something specific when it happens?

Are you monitoring CPU/GPU utilization and temperatures?

Have you clean installed Windows 10? Or has this OS install gone through numerous rounds of updates?

Can you get into BIOS? If you're yet on Windows 10, I'd suggest that you reinstall your OS after you've recreated the bootable installer for Windows 10. Judging from the specs, have you ever opened up the unit to perform a maintenance run? Clean out the dust bunnies in there , and if they really do exist in there?
