Question Samsung MU7000 has power, but no picture.

Hi everyone. I picked up a "non working" Samsung TV for a weekend project. I've always been a fix it guy, but I'm at a bit of a loss so far.

It is a MU7000 series, with the specific model code being UN49MU7000FXZA

The TV does draw power, but I get no indicator light for power, no response from the remote, nothing.

The entire screen does register as getting power based on my non contact voltage tester, corner to corner, if that helps.

I noticed my working LG LCD TV does not register on the same non contact voltage detector, but I'm not sure if that matters, for example if the screen could possibly be "shorted" (sorry I'm new to TV repair, not sure if that's even a thing)

I pulled the back panel off, the power supply fuse is still good, and I see no blown caps or components.

I want to think that the backlight is bad, but I should at least get a power light of some kind shouldn't I?

Here is a link to the photos of the back panel, and boards.

Please let me know what I could tell you or test that may be of more help, I'd like to fix this and give it to my mom to replace her aging one.

Thanks all.
