OMG, this is so damb fustrating reading all these posts on the same issue. I am in Australia (Melbourne) and I have had this issue with my UA46ES7500 Samsung 3D for over a year. I have never really tried to fix the issue until now thinking it was just a simple setting I may have changed accidentally. WRONG... I have now spent 2 full days trying to fix this issue, I have literally done EVERYTHING. Factory resets, changed DNS numbers, power off, updated firmware,rung BLOODY SAMSUNG, who could not even tell me how to do the factory reset, I had to google that one. Useless techs they are. I have another Samsung smart TV in the lounge room and this connects fine. PLEASE, if anyone has a good fix please let me know as I am just about over it and ready to chuck this piece of shite in the bin. I really would like to get my internet back up and running on this tv. It was fine for 2 years and then all of a sudden one day.....NO INTERNET....and from there my problem began.....
