Samsung Notebook Electrical charge running through my wrists

Good day everyone! My Samsung Notebook NP900 X5L,2016, has started to leak electrical current. While i am typing, with my wrists resting on the laptop, i can feel electrical current running through my wrists. This has never happened before. It is common from no grounding, but i am plugged into a power bar, i have a 3 pronged charging cable. I have also unplugged myself from my ac power supply and i'm still feeling the electrical current through my wrists.

Any thoughts??? Cheers!!

If the wall socket is not grounded, it does not matter if you have a 3 prong power bar.

You will need to do some work on the system, take it to a computer shop, you can't just guess as to where the issue is. If you were able to open the system and check for issues you would not have posted this question here but already had it opened and looked at, which means your option is to have a repair shop look at it.
