samsung s2 damaged in wreck

i had a wreck and had my cell in my pocket,now it wont turn on ..it only makes a vibrating noise...i put a new battery in it and it still wont turn on....is there a way to fix it?

Doubtfull.

If the wreck is at all insured then it is personal property damage and shoudl be covered.
