samsung s2 wont charge battery

My Samsung won't charge anymore then 10% soon as I unplug it from the charger it goes back to nothing. I have tried a new battery and also different chargers but still the same problem. I don't have any warranty. Just wondering if its worth spending money to get it fixed and how much it will cost?

On reading your post first thing that came into my mind was to replace battery because its not expensive. But you already did that and so am thinking that your next move is to take your phone to a Samsung repair shop near you. What you will be charged will depend on the complexity of the problem. Maybe there is a bigger problem that what you see.
But then before taking this step try charging your phone from your computer using USB cable.

@john is correct, if you're still having problems when you charge it thru USB, better go to a a repair shop. I think they know what to do
