Samsung, Samsung Blue Ray, DTH & Philips 5.1 ch

Please Help

I have two samsung units one is TV Model No.UA32EH6030RLXL and Blue Ray player BD-E5500/XL and Vediocan HD DTH want this to connect to my 5.1 Philips speaker model no.SPA3500f/94.

Specification
TV
1. 2 HDMI input port
2. 1 Headphone output port
3. 1 Service port
4. RAC L& R, 2 P, Y Vedio input
5. LAN

Blue Ray
1. LAN
2. HDMI Output
3. Coaxial output digital

DTH
1. 3 RCA out put port
2. 1 HDMI output port.

Speaker Philips 5.1 Ch
1. Aux L& R 2 ports input
2. 5 Ch port input.
3. 5 Ch output port.


DTH as well as Blue ray are connected to TV however i want output in Philips 5.1
when TV is on.

When TV is off the connection between Blueray and philips has to be done for output.

Not much detail on the Philips speakers online.
If they have a surround sound mode designed for use with 2 channel inputs then you could connect the BD player and DTH to the TV with HDMI. Connect the TV headphone output to the Philips aux analog input.
To get digital surround sound you would connect the BD player and DTH to an HDMI input selector with audio output

The HDMI out of the selector goes to the TV. The digital audio output connects to a surround sound processor
