I'm not impressed by the specs on this camera. Strike 1: It records full HD video as 60i with no option to shoot at 60p or 30p (i=interlaced, p=progressive). Strike 2: No external mic input. Unless you are using a sound recorder to capture audio you will have to depend on the camera's built-in mic. Strike 3: No view finder (neither does the Canon mentioned below). I don't like this because having to use the LCD screen can be troublesome outdoors or where there is a lot of light which will make the screen difficult to view.
For the same price you would do better to get the Canon VIXIA HF R400 Full HD Camcorder. It has more recording options and includes microphone and headphone jacks. However, it does not have the Wi-Fi...
